FLUISORB® is an oil binding granulate made from natural cellulose and cotton fibers.
Whether in the event of motor vehicle accidents on the road or accidents on company premises: FLUISORB® quickly and thoroughly absorbs spilled operating materials such as heating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel and many liquid chemicals.
FLUISORB® reliably restores safe walking and driving on the affected surface in a short time.
FLUISORB® is approved as a type III R oil binder for use on public traffic areas.
Use and Disposal
FLUISORB® can be used and then disposed of without any special prior knowledge.
Only a small combustion residue of less than 2% remains when it is disposed of.
FLUISORB® is not a hazardous material and according to GefStoff/EU does not have to be labeled.
WGK 1 applies to the unused, uncontaminated product.
How does FLUISORB® work?
FLUISORB® stores hydrocarbons through absorption. The FLUISORB® granulate absorbs at lightning speed and then drains the absorbed liquid into its pores, where it is stored for a long time. Biodiesel is removed from surfaces in a very short time.
The advantages of FLUISORB® at a glance
Excellent efficiency and cost savings:
- Extremely high absorption capacity: just 1 kg of FLUISORB® binds 5.64 liters of heating oil EL
- A binder for all liquids (except for concentrated acids)
- Has the extra power to absorb biodiesel
- Approved for public traffic areas according to type III R
- Super fast recording speeds
- Easy to handle thanks to practical 5 kg containers with approx. 30 l suction power
- Saves up to 60% disposal costs
High security:
- Not oxidizing - hardly inflammable
- Immediate absorption of all liquids
- Reduction of the surface of the absorbing substances
- Does not require labeling
- Security through visibility
Relieves and protects our environment:
- Made from renewable raw materials
- Eco-friendly manufacturing
- 100% decomposable in uncontaminated condition
- Optimum disposal properties
-Made in Germany
