Registration (B2C & B2B)
By registering in our shop, you are able to order faster, know the status of your orders at all times and always have an up-to-date overview of your previous orders.
But you can also order without registering.
Please note that you will have to re-enter your data for each subsequent order.
Registration in our shop is free and non-binding.
How does the order processing work?
Place the selected item in the shopping cart. The desired quantity is automatically checked in the shopping cart for immediate delivery and, if necessary, automatically adjusted. Finally, go to the shopping cart or checkout.
In order to initiate the ordering process, you will be asked to register or to enter or log in your data.
Please check your order and select the payment method.
After you have ordered your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which also contains our contact and bank details.
How to pay for the orders?
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank details listed in the order confirmation. We ask that you state the order number as reference. If no payment has been received after 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
After full payment has been received, your order will be shipped immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation in a separate email.
PAYPAL
After submitting the order, you will be automatically forwarded to the PAYPAL payment system.
If you select the "Paypal link" payment method, this link can be found in the confirmation email and in your customer account in the respective order.
